Area Q Traders trains Kalinyengo cooperative in Mushroom production

Dedza based Kalinyengo Cooperative has boosted their capacity in mushroom production thanks to a training by Area Q Traders. The Cooperative is a member of Area Q Traders and they needed technical support in mushroom production. Through their strongs skills and  vast experience in Agriculture, the company trained the cooperative to produce high quality mushrooms.

Area W traders trained 60 members of Kalinyeke cooperative 48 of them being female, This clearly shows the comitment of the company (Area Q Traders) to empower women who are mostly hands on in food production.

It mush be noted thatmushrooms fetch high prices this time when they are off season. The cooperative is under Lobui Extension Planning Area (EPA) in the area of Traditional Authority Kachere in Dedza.
